Important Payment Information:
A deposit of $80 must accompany this form to guarantee your child’s
space for the summer semester. Remainder of balance must be submitted
on or before the first day of class (no exceptions). An invoice indicating
balance due and payments made will follow as your confirmation of receipt
of this registration.
Cancellation
Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise
approved by the director. A charge of $ 25 will be levied for cancellation.
A charge of $30 will be levied for NSF cheques. Materials once opened
are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrolment.
FULL refunds will be given.
